President Travis

Travistani President Travis
Contemplates Travis the Band

TRAVAMABAD (DPI) - Travistani President Travis today paid an official state visit to a Honolulu Tower Records store, where he reportedly fingered, glanced over and nearly bought a compact disc from the popular Scottish band Travis. The disc, 2000's The Man Who, features tracks such as Writing to Reach You, She's So Strange, and the hit single Why Does It Always Rain on Me?, which the President commented he "probably heard on the radio, but can't really remember how it goes." According to close sources, the President eventually passed over the band described as "one of the UK's hottest of 2000" in favor of the 2001 soundtrack from the Tom Cruise movie Vanilla Sky, which he saw had a song from the Monkees on it.
