Travistani First Lady Not Taking Sovereignty Seriously
TRAVAMABAD (DPI) - The wife of Travistani President Travis today was
reportedly making anti-Travistani statements to a close confidant during a
mid-afternoon telephone conversation. While details are sketchy, she was heard
to refer to the apartment-nation as "this stupid thing he's gotten into his
head" and laughed derisively at the title and honor bestowed upon her as First
Lady. An exasperated President Travis heard the conversation while catching
up on some reading in the hall bathroom, but has refused to comment publicly
until the state issue is addressed internally. The President is likely to
allocate emergency funds from the federal budget toward providing the Office
of the First Lady with a state-funded dinner at the Waikiki Outback
Steakhouse.
