Nation of Travistan Cited for Parking Violation
TRAVAMABAD (DPI) - In a terse note from its parking violations bureau, the City and County of Honolulu lashed out this week against the Sovereign Nation of Travistan, claiming the apartment-nation owes it as much as 45 U.S. dollars in fees for improper housing of the Presidential Corolla. The Travistani diplomatic attaché sent to negotiate the issue with authorities of the DMV argued that the fees were illegal under current international laws. According to Travistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Travistani motorcade should be allowed fire-lane access for "like seven minutes, tops" while running into Honolulu's various convenience retail operations on official government business. Honolulu officials refused to answer calls and would not respond to further allegations that its parking enforcement division is "Fascist."
