President Travis Attends Cultural Event
TRAVAMABAD (DPI) - Dictator and President-for-Life Travis today became the
first Travistani leader to attend a performance of the little-known stage
art known as "ballet," sources reported. Flush with the thrill of cultural
expansion and three beers enjoyed before the show at TGI Friday's, Travis
appeared tired yet perseverant after the three-hour, two-act marathon
cultural event. Forgoing the side box seating traditionally reserved for
visiting Heads of State for seat 17 in lower-level row CC, the President was
said to enjoy his view of "the one thing where the girl jumps up and the guy
dips her like they're bobbing for apples." Despite reports that ballet
conflicts with Travistani cultural values, President Travis denied
allegations that he thought it was girly. "Those guys probably work out a
lot or something," he said to reporters.
